Due to the “oxidative process”, we can preserve a bottle of tawny or tawny reserve during three weeks ; in the aged tawnies from 10y old till over 40y old until one month.
As a perfect combination, caramel or vanilla - based ice creams or sweets and dark chocolate mousse. In the case of a Tawny 30 years or 40 years old, can be appreciated, single, with the best serving temperature, about 14 to 16ºC.
RUBY / RUBY RESERVE
After opening, one week, a perfect pairing with desserts made with red fruits and mild cheeses.
Serving between 16 to 18ºC.
WHITE / DRY WHITE
After opening, one week, always in the fridge. Serve as an aperitif, or single, or as a long drink with tonic water, between 10 and 12ºC.
After opening, one week, accompanied by an orange slice and a mint leaf or single.
Serving between 8 to 10ºC.
